SHIPPING

Plus 1 Jewels NYC offers free economy shipping to US addresses 5 to 8 business days. If your order is needed sooner, expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost. All orders are shipped insured and require a signature upon delivery. Plus 1 Jewels NYC is not responsible for any carrier shipping delays and all orders are subject to inventory availability.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for the duty and any other applicable charges.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS 
Please note that since all shipments require a signature upon delivery, we are not able to ship to PO Boxes, UPS or Fedex Retail Locations.

Orders placed after 3pm EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Most of our offering is made to order, however, we do stock some jewelry pieces. Please email us for pieces that are ready for immediate shipment.

For made-to-order pieces, please allow 20 business days for production time in addition to the chosen shipping method. Email Plus1jewelsnyc@gmail.com for specific questions regarding your order. Orders with personalization will take an additional 7-10 business days to complete.
